In a recent photoshoot with the Gleaner Flair at Gymkhana Yendi revealed a few secrets to having a great body, it included going to the gym no more than 3 times per week betweeen 1 to 1 1/2 hours per day.

She believes in effective exercise and her routine comprises of about cardio, yoga, weights along with allotted 2 minute breaks.

Yendi states that she is totally focused during this time so socializing is not entertained as the sucess of her routine is dependent on steady burning.
